About This Listing

This is a 2006 Cornell Plexi 18/20 combination amplifier with 2x10" Celestion Vintage 80th Anniversary Special Edition Drivers.

Astonishing tone and build quality by the legendary English amp builder Dennis Cornell. He puts together amps that deliver a unique and usable sound for the professional guitarist.

Our example is in excellent condition and has been fully checked over by our in-house technician. A new pair of matched valves have been fitted and everthing functions as it should,

Aside from a small scuff and tiny crease on the carry handle it is almost unmarked.

A mighty and classic sound in a small package, Ideal for the player that wants to record & wows the crowds at local shows! Cornell is hand built & wired in Southend, UK. Their list of users spans the likes of the late great Gary Moore, Hank Marvin, Robin Trower & Eric Clapton to name a few... So it's safe to say they're an established and popular brand among the pros.

The 18/20 Plexi switches from a solid state (18 watts) or valve rectification (20 watts). Offers Two channel inputs, normal & bright, with separate volume & tone control on each channel. Separately switchable low output to 5 watts. 8 or 4-ohm speaker output. The 18/20 can create a bold clean tone with plenty of head space and a great pedal platform.

Or can be driven to create some warm and luscious crunch & distorted tones, ideal for classic rock, and the like.

Don't miss out on this rare-to-find classic amp, made to an exceedingly high standard at a brilliant price!
