Your money goes directly to help these folks support themselves and their families. Our goal is to make sure you get the service you should expect, and are treated like human beings and not just faceless account numbers. Tegeler Music is an Authorized Dealer for On-Stage
This means you will receive a new item shipped to you in its original packaging that came straight from the manufactures warehouse.
On occasion an item will be removed from the packaging in order to take detailed photos if we feel the company stock photos do not sufficiently display enough detail. As with all music stores some products are proudly displayed in our showroom so the customers that visit us in person can see for themselves the quality of individual items.
Buying from an authorized dealer also means that you will qualify to receive the full factory warranty on this item. Most companies will not honor a warranty claim unless it was purchased from an authorized dealer.
