The Getzen 451 features chrome-plated, nickel silver inside the slide tubes that have been barrel shaped to provide the fastest possible action. 451 trombones also offer heavy nickel silver outside slide tubes. This gives the instrument the extra level of durability often needed in a classroom setting. The 452 comes standard with a hand spin, hood brass bell and gold brass tuning slide crook.
