This listing is for a used - with a little less than light average wear - AKAI [Akai Professional] P-1 ANALOG Phaser with TOUCH SENSITIVITY.

  • NOTE: some people may say that it has light averge wear or even average wear.

NO box, NO paperwork, and NO battery.

---

This pedal was tested and it works fine.

To cover myself - I put it's condition as GOOD. But in my opinion and going by REVERB's condition criteria - it's condition is more like in betwee VERY GOOD and GOOD. Your opinion might differ.

NO longer made. Great for collectors, for someone to use, or both. Also great to give to someone as a gift.

Now - I'm not just saying this to sell the pedal - but it is a really nice ANALOG PHASEER pedal (warm, rich, full, smooth sounding). And you have the TOUCH PHASER feature (Hard Touch / Soft Touch -- when picking / strumming).

  • NOTE - for the regular PHASER effect -- this switch needs to be in the OFF position (which is the middle position).

It's one of those pedals that goes under the radar because it is not made by a more popular pedal making company. From what I remember - back when this pedla was release - it got nice reviews in Guitar magazines.

It has the battery cover 👍👍YEY!! . Often it's missing 😉.

I took pictures of all sides of the pedal and there are a few pictures of the inside of the pedal.

-------

The following is information about this model pedal:

The Intelliphase offers swirling, authentic vintage phase shift and 'skying' effects using completely analogue circuitry for rich, warm effects that evoke a feeling of yesteryear when MXR and Electro-Harmonix pedals ruled.

The adjustable controls include SPEED, DEPTH, FEEDBACK as you would expect. However, the INTELLIPHASE takes things one step further with its TOUCH SENSITIVITY parameter for maximum user control.

Two switchable threshold dependent modes allow you to control the effect with your playing technique: SOFT TOUCH mode allows you to introduce the effect when the input level is under the threshold level so that delicately played passages can have a subtle phase shifted 'shimmer' whilst louder passages are unaffected. HARD TOUCH mode, on the other hand, allows you to introduce the effect when the input level exceeds the threshold level leaving quieter, more subtle passages free of the effect.
