Up for sale is a 1982 Ibanez Musician MC-150 in original Polar White finish with hard shell case.
This guitar was fully refretted in 2020 and hardly played since then. This was my main guitar for about 15 years, I had it refretted before going into the studio and then after making that particular record I began getting more and more into single coil guitars, gigged this one maybe 4 more times and then it's been sitting in its case ever since.
Since it was gigged a lot, there are dings, chips, and scratches but the guitar plays BEAUTIFULLY and is in perfect working order. The DuoSound push/push pots on bith pickups work great and add a lot of extra versatility to the instrument. The original Super 58 pickups have a lovely bit of edge and growl to them, even straight into a clean amp.
One of the tone knobs came off but it is included and can be repaired, and one half of the split knurled pot shaft on the other tone knob has come off in the knob but the knob still sits snugly on the shaft, turns the pot correctly, and the push element still works perfectly.
