About This Listing

This is a 1980 Epiphone Genesis Standard with an Ebony finish. Made for just a 3 year period, the Genesis was originally prototyped in Japan before production moved to Taiwan. It has a double-cut, LP-style body with a pair of coil-tappable humbuckers. A cool white pickguard was added at some point - looks stylish. It's in very good shape with expected nicks and dings here and there and some lacquer flaking in typical spots like its heel area and body's sides. It feels great to play and sounds awesome. It weighs 10 lbs flat.

It has been professionally setup and comes with its original chipboard case.
