About This Listing

Atkin Hawaiian Master featuring a solid Baked Sitka Spruce top, solid Mahogany back and sides, a 1 3/4" nut width and a 24 7/8" scale length. This guitar has a fantastic looking aged finish and an early 30's Gibson style small sunburst. Secondhand guitar but only a few weeks old!!!! Great saving over a new model!

Known as the “Wizard of the Strings”, Roy Smeck could play just about any instrument that he laid his hands on – but when it came to guitars, he loved slope shoulder instruments, with a wide nut and 12 frets to the body.

The big, lightly-braced body with a shorter scale length delivers incredible tone: sweetness with power.
