Cosmetically this item is in MINT condition. But because it it MISSING the pair of anchors (which are the two metal pieces that go in the wood of the guitar's body) for the height adjustment pieces (and going by Reverb's condition criteria) - I'm putting it's condition as EXCELLENT.
NOTE: Gibson calls the height adjustment mounting pieces: stud and thumbwheel.
