I don't know if there is content on these tapes, however, they came out of a radio-recordists studio that usually just did one record pass and then cataloged. They likely saw very minimal usage and visual inspection is consistent with that thought.
These tapes are Along the same lines as the Maxell XLII-S & TDK SA-X (very good models).
Here are some quotes from the Tape Heads forums, very good things to say about this tape,
