Welcome,

Here for consideration is the top model from our Japanese archive of early Ibanez acoustic guitars.

Possibly even the top model they made.

Branded 'Salvador Ibanez' model six, this is their all singing and dancing piece circa late 50's to early 60's.

This is a special guitar and the only one of these we have seen anywhere for sale, imported from Japan.

All solid wood construction with plenty of decorative celluloid bling!

At 60+ year there are the usual maintenance repairs expected with solid wood guitars, with a few historic repaired cracks as pictured.

The neck has been reset prior, so the action is nice and low.

It is a truly fine piece and a real jewel to be appreciated by players and collectors alike.

Over to you,

Enjoy!
