I bought this about 7 years ago and just haven't used it much. It was serviced by the techs at my local shop when I bought it and it hasn't left my office since. Everything is in working order and includes the power supply and footswitch. The only defect is the back cross support has a crack (circled in blue) in it but it's easily replaced and doesn't affect the functionality.
