Daion Savage 1981 - Piano black

1981 DAION Savage. There's tons of info on the web that speak of the relentless pursuit of quality that Daion put into each and every instrument. This guitar is NEARLY FLAWLESS with the exception of a couple very small bumps on the headstock (see the extremely close-up pictures). I had this guitar refinished in the original piano black,and brought to a mirror finish, so much that I really don't like handling it. The bridge was lovingly sent away for re-chroming and is as shiny as the day it was made (there is a bit of pitting on the bottom which was chromed over, see pictures), and the ratty fake stainless pickguard and truss-rod cover were replaced and hand-made by Paul at Antiquity Axe (on Reverb). This may be one of the best Daions to come on in a while and is in extremely remarkable shape. The guitar comes in an ultra-padded soft case for maximum protection.
