unknown make 12 string acoustic guitar 1970s? solid wood with martin tuners and hard case

at first glance this might just look like a martin with its nice appointments and build quality. but i don't believe it is. it is not stamped on the bracinf nor is it stamped inside at the neck joint like a martin. action is nice for a 12 string. sound is booming. hss some cosmetic wear, especially to the back...but it only makes it more intersting to me. it's an excellent guitar with a newer era hard case.
