Similar to the pre-war era, Gibson supplemented their lap steel sales with a Kalamazoo-branded budget outfit first shipped in January 1948. The post-war KEH was finished in dark red and fitted with just one volume control. Barnes & Reinecke design with a numbered fretboard painted dierctly on the body, simliar to the first variant of the BR-6.
This guitar was purchased in Poor condition with a non-functioning volume pot and a deteriorating attached cable. She's been cleaned up as much as possible and is ready for the nightlife once again. Don't judge this book by its cover.
Ready to play!
I no longer accept offers due to bots and idiots like James Schwartz of Gibsonia, PA.
These guitars are offered to the buyer as a service. I love them and would prefer to keep them.
