ESP LTD M-400 RELIC

PLEASE READ VERY CAREFULLY

this guitar is a heavily modified version of an LTD M-400 (year 2004). it was not in perfect conditions when I got It, so I decided to go for a full restyling:

The guitar was turned into a single pickup guitar, so the neck pickup was removed together with the tone knob and the switch and all the cavities were filled.

The top of the body was covered with a Di-Noc film (black wood finish) and all the surface was treated to get a relic effect. The headstock was covered with printed film, and the ESP logo was applied on top of that. Clear coating was then applied on the headstock, so there is no risk of ruining the film. The guitar originally had the LTD logo on the headstock

The idea of replacing te LTD logo with the ESP logo is due to the fact that the modifications were meant to be some sort of "artistic work", so we decided to use the main ESP logo. Of course the guitar is still an LTD, and of course i didn't touch the serial number or anything on the rear of the headstock (the ESP logo was already there). The logo is not a decal, it's a proper writing made with silver film, so i doesn't look flat but slightly raised.

Originally the guitar had one of those floyd-licensed (not original) bridges, which was very ruined. It was replaced it with a Floyd rose special. The pickup is a DiMarzio Fortitude (The signature pickup of Joe Duplantier from Gojira).

Please keep in mind that the guitar has a RELIC finish, so imperfections and scratches are of course there on purpose (you can see most of them in the pictures).
