1980s Light Oak Westone Thunder I-A (w/Kahler Trem) in Very Good Condition!
Yet another very cool Westone has come in to join our ever-growing collection! This one, in particular, we believe to be a Thunder I-A from the mid-1980s having been retrofitted at some point in its past with a Kahler tremolo & it sounds amazing!
It has been well looked after but has also been well loved and played as is evident from a few areas of wear, mainly to the body where the finish has very lightly burnt though, this is minimal and is only really noticed upon close inspection, this does add nicely to the retro appearance and feel of this now 40-year-old instrument! There is also some very light fret wear as well as one small ding on the neck around the 3 fret. Otherwise, this is a very cool and versatile instrument that would be a great addition to anyone's collection.
As is standard practice in-store with any new arrival, the Thunder I-A has been thoroughly checked & tested by our trusted team in our onsite workshop to ensure it is as perfect as it looks and is in tip-top condition for its new home & owner.
