For the ultimate Star Wars collector, Boba Fett Fernandes Retrorocket Star Wars Limited Edition Electric Guitar SN# 28. This guitar has never been played, is in excellent condition, and is 1 character of the Retrorocket Star Wars Limited Edition Series. There is slight fret sprouting but otherwise in unplayed excellent condition. All original parts, case candy, COA and Star Wars custom hard case included.
The Story: Fernandes Guitars International in association with Lucasfilm Ltd. teamed up to produce the ultimate pop culture collectible…the Fernandes Retrorocket Star Wars Limited Edition Electric Guitars. Between 2001 and 2003 Fernandes made a very limited edition set of guitars to commemorate the release of Star Wars Episode II- the Retrorocket Star Wars collection. These instruments consisted of Darth Vader, Storm Trooper, Yoda, and Boba Fett. Each guitar was emblazoned with each character and Star Wars graphics. These were designed as collector pieces, but are also very playable- featuring an alder body Strat style bodies, bolt-on maple necks, and fretboards with HSS Fernandes Vintage Elite pickups and synchronized tremolo.
Based upon Fernandes’ legendary Retrorocket, these premium instruments are the ultimate platform to showcase the stunning STAR WARS graphics created by using a revolutionary computer-controlled painting process. Each of the series has distinctive features & vibrant images on the body and the neck culminating with the STAR WARS logo on the fretboard. Using the Fernandes Vintage Elite pickups on a classic Alder body/Maple neck and fretboard platform, the STAR WARS Retrorockets yield rich tones to complement their stunning looks. Each Retrorocket is individually serial numbered and comes with a certificate of authenticity. Special molded STAR WARS hardshell case included.
Only 250 were produced for North America, making each of these instruments instant collectibles. They also came with a “Star Wars” molded case (included in the package) and a “Star Wars, Fernandes” logo plate.
