This is a beautiful all solid 17.5" lower bout ALOSA. This guitar has a large body with beautifully carved spruce top and maple back plates. The internal carve is delicately bevelled towards the holes and sides. The high end Alosa guitars were often built by Lang or Glassl, but I believe this guitar was built by Franz Sandner, as the heel shape is typical for Sandner.
The guitar has some slight overstand on sides in the lower bout area, but all of this is stable. It is a very good player with a very slender modern type neck. One of the tuner buttons is not original.
