Hand-assembled at our Music City Custom shop in Nashville, TN., Pearl's Masters Maple/Gum Series drums deliver the historically-proven sound of the Maple/Gum shell in a selection of luxurious USA covered finishes. This 12"x8" Tom features a vault-cured, EvenPly-Six layered North American Maple and Gum wood shell with precision cut 60-degree bearing edges. Adding Mastercast Die-Cast hoops, Pearl's classic CL bridge lugs, and four-point OptiMount suspension system to this essential shell recipe, Masters Maple/Gum toms sculpt an explosive midrange tonality with thundering low-end presence that shines in the recording environment. This is the best drum set for the recording studio; this is Masters Maple/Gum.
