Offered is this spectacular Froggy F12 Deluxe built in September 2006. This guitar is just incredible. It has a large guitar sound while being more comfortable to play thanks to the slightly shallower depth of it's body. It has a 16" wide body, a depth of 4.125", a 25.25" scale length 12-fret neck, 1 3/4" nut width and 2 5/16" saddle spacing. Other specs include: an exquisite Adirondack spruce top; Indian rosewood back and sides; a low profile C-shaped mahogany neck; ebony fret board; curly maple body binding, heelcap, end and heel grafts; abalone fret board inlays, headstock logo, rosette and back center strip; and gold Waverly tuners. And having been built prior to 2007, this guitar is finished in nitrocellulose lacquer.
The tone of this guitar is big, rich and with lots of the chime that Froggy's are known for. Check out the sound sample included on our website - the sound of this guitar is huge! It plays superbly and is freshly setup with light gauge (.012"-.053") 80/20 bronze strings, with 9th fret string heights of 5/64" on the low E side and 4/64" on the high E side.
Despite its age, this guitar has been superbly cared-for and shows no flaws of any significance. Very light scuffs on the pickguard are the worst you will find. It comes in its original AVS made Geib style case which remains in excellent condition.
