The Xotic California Classic Series XSC is a masterpiece of vintage and modern crossover!
Heavy-aged Vintage White with Maple fretboard, this is one of the most "PLay Loud" looking guitars.
Handmade in California, this model was introduced as one of the most vintage-feeling models in the lineup, and is now favored by many guitarists who seek the best of vintage and modern styles.
The crisp, dry tone unique to the ash body and roasted maple neck makes this guitar a comfortable instrument.
The XSC-2 has a SSH P.U. layout, which is overwhelmingly popular, and the P.U. is a combination of Raw Vintage RRV-50 & RV-PAF, also hand-wound in LA.
The P.U. is focused on pure and taut vintage sound and perfectly matches with the body. The center and front singles provide 50s-like bell ringing, the rear produces fat PAF tone, and the mix produces a superb cutting sound and true versatile sound.
Not only the P.U., but also the in-house made Raw Vintage hardware, such as the Pure steel saddle and Tremolo Spring (which can be set to float in a 5-string setup), which are now used by various guitar brands, and the rock tuners are also major factors that enhance this guitar's perfection. The rock tuners are also a big factor in this guitar's perfection.
The slightly flat 9.5" R fingerboard, medium jumbo frets, and calculated offset-style neck shape promise superb fingering that will make West Coast pros roar.
