Ibanez SZR520 set neck electric guitar 2008 - Light Blue Burst w/Dimarzio neck pickup

Here we have a pre owned Ibanez SZR520 electric guitar.  Made in 2008 in China.  This guitar is a very different type of guitar for Ibanez. The SZR520 is a set neck deign with a Mahogany body and neck, and a bound Flame Maple top.  The finish is Light Blue Burst.  The guitar features a 3x3 headstock, 24.75" scale length, 2- humbucking pickups, Volume, Volume, and Tone controls.  a 3- way toggle switch for pickup selection.  The middle position on the switch engages the coil taps for both pickups give you the inner coils of both humbuckers for a Tele type sound.  The neck pickup has been replaced with a Dimarzio.  The guitar features all chrome hardware with the Gibralter III hard tail bridge. The guitar has been set up with 10-46's and is playing great.   The neck is nice and straight and the truss rod is working nicely.  The frets are in great shape with minimal signs of wear.  The guitar weighs 8lbs 15oz.   Cosmetically, the guitar is in very good condition.  There are small indents, nicks, and scuffs. There are several on the top of the guitar and some by the input jack.  The back of the neck has light scuffs.  You can feel then when you play but they do not hang you up.   Overall the guitar is a beast.   Great player and feels super solid.  The neck has some beef to it but by no means a baseball bat. It has a substantial shoulder but not a deep C  more of an even C shape.  Very comfortable.   The guitar will ship in a gig bag.   Thanks for looking and happy buying!
