About This Listing

Here's a 1979, Pre-Ernie Ball Music Man Stingray Bass in White finish. Cleanest example we've ever seen! There's some very very minor wear, but the bass is in near mint, near NOS condition, and 100% original. No breaks, cracks, repairs. B01 serial number, with matching '78 pots, and January '79 neck and body dates. The original white finish hasn't yellowed at all! Still very white and vibrant. Great weight too! The neck is butter, with low action all the way down the fingerboard. Frets are clean as well. The bass sounds incredible, and delivers the classic Singray tones. Amazing how versatile these are. It also has a rare (and super cool looking) white pickup cover. Really special bass here. Clean OHSC!
