Made in Japan 80's rescue guitar. I believe this was made in the Matsumoko factory. When I got this guitar the neck was worn, the frets were almost flat and some one had robbed the pickups for another guitar. I re-fretted the neck and added two Seymour Duncan SH-12 Screaming Demons ( one vintage one new). These are not as over wound or hot as the name suggests and are a good match for the originals. I added Fender style treble bleed circuits to the volume pots as well and wired the pups for coil taps. The result is a rather nice playing guitar that should give good service to its next owner. The body is covered in small dings and scratches which are very numerous but nothing too horrendous. I left the original art work on the cavity cover cos I think it's all part of the mojo. Strung with DAddario 9 thru 46 strings. Will ship with a gig bag.
