The Drifter
A true custom made in England guitar was a limited run from Burns from 1998 through to 2004. It was modelled very closely to the '64 Hank Marvin, that had propelled Burns into success all those years ago. A much more vintage approach to this guitar, combining the classic 'daphne' duck-egg blue finish with a stunning figured maple neck.
The Fender look doesn't end there, the Kinman slanted Hank Marvin single-coils give you that snappy tone that Hank loves. Gold hardware and locking Sperzel tuners complete a truly stunning guitar.
This guitar was purchased by a Burns collector and hung on the wall as part of a display of about 20 Burns Guitars..
These fully hand made in England Burns models are getting harder to find and keep going up in value as the years go by!
You will love this guitar!
