Hot, Clean, and Versatile Stage Mic
What the TG V50d has done for vocals, the Beyerdynamic TG V70d does even better, and for a wider range of instruments. Not only does the tight hypercardioid pickup pattern exhibit supreme noise rejection to keep vocals clean of adjacent cymbals and guitar amps. But the TG V70d's full frequency response makes it a fine fit for just about any source onstage: bass cabs, snare drums, guitar amps, and more. Reviewers liked the big, full bass response at close ranges. If your voice sounds thin in lower registers, a mic like the Beyerdynamic TG V70d can really fatten the bottom end.
Beyerdynamic's Sound Channeling Technology Improves Output and ClarityBeyerdynamic has been refining its acoustic labyrinthing known as Sound Channeling Technology for decades. Special channeling throughout the TG V70d's housing with exacting geometries gives this mic the unique Beyer sound. Beyerdynamic uses this technology to influence the polar pattern for better gain before feedback, and to shape the frequency response for cleaner, clearer stage reproduction.
