Here is a very rare Zen-On prototype to their ZES series of guitars. It's one of kind. Reddit forums lit up when I posted it but the conclusions were conflicting. Sime thought either Teisco or Guyatone but it's likely Zenon (who also branded as Morales). It's early 1960s. It was meant to emulate a country twanger with it's elongated headstock. It has dual microphonic, gold-foil pick ups, bone nut and bridge, hard tail. The frets are like new. The action is medium with plenty of adjust available. It is crystal clear as you'd expect from gold foils but screams like a banshee when pushed. It has some nicks in the finish near the pocket and some fade marks on the fret board but they are superficial.
