About This Listing

This is the Sambora Black Paisley made & originally sold in Japan for the Fender 50th Anniversary, limited to 200 guitars (of which rumor has it there was a factory fire, and many were destroyed). I am the second owner. It comes from a non-smoking home & has never been gigged.

Guitar is in very good/excellent condition. There are a few minor dings that I have attempted to capture in the pix. There is a small abrasion near the low E tuner, and the edge at the bottom back edge (where I placed a quarter to help show the size). Overall, very minor wear. All electronics are working as they should. The selector switch was noisy when I bought it and I had it replaced by a local luthier; the original is included. The allen wrenches are included and attached behind the tuning pegs along with the original anniversary sticker; the tremolo arm & a Fender strap are also included. The Floyd Rose works beautifully and is a full-float. The neck is straight & superbly playable with the smoothest fret ends. I have kept a guitar neck humidifier system in the case since I've owned it. Other than the replaced selector switch, it is all original. It comes with a tooled paisley G&G case (not original) that has the smallest of marks on the bottom. There is no original paperwork.
