2000 Martin CTM D-35, Custom D-35
D-35 with 3-piece back and fingerboard binding.
"Premium grade" Sitka spruce used in Martin's flagship model D-45 is used for the top material.
The side and back are Indian rosewood with a very beautiful straight grain heather.
The overtones are richer than the normal D-28, and the impression is that it has a fairly wide range.
Neck is high quality mahogany.
There are some traces of reglued done by previous owner as you can see in the pictures.
The playability and sound are great.
Some wear but overall it's a beauty.
Tortoise pickguard is not original.
