Here's a fantastic, all original example of a vintage Fernandes (Burny) FST-70 with the "Ishi" (stone) logo. It has some serious mojo. These are what Fenders of that time period SHOULD have been. They are excellent quality, and this one plays and sound phenominal.
It has aged so beautifully and the finish has soaked into the wood grain in that way vintage enthusiasts love. The aging of the plastics is beautiful and the super dark rosewood is the icing on the cake. This thing is just tasty.
These pickups provide beautiful single coil cleans, but they handle gain really well. In my opinion, this guitar sounds as good as any strat I've ever played. Plenty of fret life.
