Metal top/cover for unknown 50s tube PA head. Head measures 17 1/8 w X 6 11/16 h X 7 d. Screw holes are 1 1/8 from the edges and 4 7/8 apart (See pictures). Typical nicks and scratches for this time period but overall in good shape considering. Could not find any pics of pa’s using this style of top.
