This Western Auto vintage Truetone Rock Star guitar oozes cool. It has a classic 1960s Jaguar - inspired body with a cherry & black sunburst finish natural wood grain finish neck. The headstock has awesome and unusual shape. The elaborately cut pick guard holds a beautiful pickup; a chrome-cased body with a shimmery red marbleized pickup cover. The guitar is 100% original with no replacement parts. There is some pitting in the chrome surface of the bridge pieces and a enough small dents and scratches to give it mojo. The mechanics and electronics all work as they should. As far as playability goes, what do you expect from a 1960s Japanese guitar. The steel reinforced neck looks very straight and it is adjustable. It needs a new set of strings. This is a great piece to add to your collection.

All of the items I sell are used. Most of them are vintage or antique. Unless described as such, none will be completely perfect. I describe any defects that I see, but if you have questions the time to ask them is before the transaction is completed. I have no problem responding to questions or requests for specific pictures and I do so very quickly. I have a liberal refund policy, but I will not issue a refund for a cosmetic issue that does not effect playability or tone. Thank you.
