Very rare Wah Swell. To my understanding it was produced by Sola Sound, pre Colorsound. It was most likely produced in the era from late 60s to early 70s.
When activated it's a Wah with reversed function for heel and toe, compared to a standard Wah. When deactivated it's a volume swell. It's the same functionality as the youtube link, but not the same unit.
To me it looks like original components inside.
