1986 Hamer Phantom custom. This was a special order of a Phantom with an extended 24-fret fingerboard (the original Phantom A5 typically had 22 frets, although Hamer later offered a 24-fret option on the Phantom) and floyd rose. The owner who ordered it didn't care for the longer upper horn. He sent it back to Hamer to be modified and refinished in the same/original metallic blue finish. They also installled the EMG pickups on the guitar to truly personalize it to the owner's needs. No breaks or repairs. Rosewood fingerboard, dot inlays, 24 fret with the slanted fingerboard that butts up to the neck pickup. Triple bucker set-up with EMG pickups so there is a large variety of tones that can be created. Smooth strat neck tones to cutting leads in with the humbucker. The triple coil has a unique tone as well both clean and with distortion. Comes with OHSC.
