Beautiful O.C Bear Brazilian Lancaster. Spec sheet in pictures below.

Clint Bear builds a very high quality guitar.

Does not need a neck reset. String height at 12th fret on Low E 5/64 and on High E 4/64. 1 23/32 nut and 2 1/4 string spacing. Saddle is a little low but currently set up perfectly for finger picking and light to medium strumming. If higher string height is needed, a new saddle would do the trick.

It has a bolt on neck.
