This is the modern day classic Tennessee Rose model G6119 from Gretsch's Professional Collection. This guitar is constructed in the style of the classic Tennessee Rose of the 1960's with just a few modern appointments, including an Adjusto’Matic bridge and no "Zero" fret. Additionally the new G6119 features a full size hollow body design with real F-Holes as opposed to the slimmer, sealed body of the 1962 spec Tennessean models. These alterations make the guitar perfect for someone looking for the classic Tennessee Rose style with more contemporary design and playability. The guitar is all Pro-series Gretsch with perfect playability and neck angle and classic warm tones. The FilterTrons are bright and snappy with deep bass response and great vintage character. They sound great when played clean or with a bit of overdrive as well. We are a long standing fully authorized independent Gretsch guitar dealer. This is a brand new factory first guitar and comes with the deluxe Gretsch hard case, all documentation and the Gretsch Limited lifetime warranty.
