Whether as lead guitarist of Guns `N Roses, as frontman of Velvet Revolver or as legendary soloist with hat, long hair and leather pants - who does not know Slash. He is one of the best-known guitarists of the 21st century and, with his laid-back vibe, is one of the most influential of all time. He's been making history with his music for over three decades, and aside from his look, it's his Les Paul that serves as the poster child for this exceptional talent.
To pay proper tribute to this one-of-a-kind musician, Epiphone released a Czech-built signature model in the late 1990s as a tribute to his solo project "Slash Snakepit" in a small edition that combined all the specs that made Slash so famous. The result is an absolute premium high-end model and one of the best that the Epiphone Custom Shop has to offer: this guitar is in no way inferior to the Gibson model in terms of workmanship and sound. The instrument was so well received that Epiphone continues to build variations of the Slash Signature Paula to this day.
Besides the classic Les Paul features like a solid mahogany body (one-piece!) and rosewood fingerboard with trapeze-shaped pearloid inlays, this model comes with some modern details of the extra class: a glued mahogany neck with Long Tenon for extra long sustain, a powerful `50 neck profile for comfortable playability join hands with a retrofitted Seymour Duncan Slash SAPH humbucker set for the punchy standing rock tone.
The sound of the instrument is typical Slash: wide, incredibly powerful, but clean sustain and clear! The installed pickups simply cover everything your heart desires: from brilliant clean ballads, powerful pushing riffs to standing high-gain solos passages, this instrument offers the full range.

This guitar is in excellent condition and technically flawless. Visually, the guitar has isolated fine superficial wear (dents, scratches, etc. - see pictures). The frets are still in excellent condition.
