Mercurio S-Style Tequila Burst Electric Guitar w/ Interchangeable Pickups #50805

WORKING CONDITION: Good - The zebra humbucker pickup does not output any sound. When tested with a replacement, the connection for the bridge pickup does work, however, the humbucker pickup itself isn't functioning. The middle pickup has been adjusted but still sits low underneath the strings and might need to be taken apart to re-connect the screw with the internal threading. Otherwise, the overall tone and feel of this guitar is amazing and the controls are working properly. The action is low and fast and an absolute delight to play.  

PHYSICAL CONDITION: Excellent - There are some very minor abrasions around the body of the guitar. The middle pickup sits a little low in the casing even after being adjusted. Otherwise, everything is expertly crafted, well-kept, and intact. Overall, the physical condition is excellent.

Only made from 2003 to 2005 in, Mercurio Guitars were very High-End guitars. They featured an interchangeable pickup system. Each pickup is housed in a "module" that features volume leveling, impedance matching, and support both active and passive pickups.

A Pickup Pak is a cleverly designed module that contains an entire configuration of pickups. It has no control electronics on it and is very lightweight, and compact, fitting in the palm of your hand. It takes only seconds to snap out one Pickup Pak and snap in another differently configured Pak offering new and different sound possibilities. You can change Pickup Paks™ without even having to unplug your cord or turn down your amp!
