The Scarlett 2i2 features two microphone preamps with 48V phantom power, allowing you to work with both dynamic and condenser microphones. Want to give your recording that certain something? Air Mode allows you to achieve first-class presence and harmonious saturation. It emulates a large studio mixing console to give your voice or instrument a distinctive character.

Thanks to the dynamic gain halos with visual feedback, you can quickly and easily level any microphone or instrument signal.

Loopback

Using the Scarlett’s virtual inputs, you can create your own samples using audio signals from your computer. Gamers and streamers also benefit from this feature, as it makes it easier for them to record in-game footage.
