Marchione Semi-Hollow Standard

The Semi-Hollow model is different from a typical semi-acoustic guitar, with a machined semi-hollow body back and extremely thin body thickness, which perfectly combines the strengths of both solid and archtop sound and playability. It is a fused model.
This model uses wood specifications such as a spruce top, mahogany body back, mahogany neck and ebony fingerboard, and is manufactured with a stop and tailpiece specification. It was manufactured at a time when a shallow cutaway was used rather than the deep 1st string side cutaway made in recent years, and it can be said to be one of the most typical specs of semi-hollow models at the time.
The pickup is of course a Marchionne custom design. Like the Carve Top and Neck Through models, it is a fixed mount type, and the overall height cannot be adjusted using standard mounting screws. It was adopted with the idea of "obtaining a strong, tight sound," and its height is set to create the ideal sound when each one is installed. Fine adjustment of the height of the pole piece is possible.
A thick sound image that exceeds its size that can be felt the moment you pick it, high response and instantaneous power, and beauty full of clarity, all of which are reproduced in any position and coexist beautifully in exquisite balance.
Although it is electric, it has an acoustic texture that respects the "ringing" of the instrument, and its delicate yet powerful and overwhelming presence can only be described as Marchione magic.
Due to the characteristics of the paint, there are deep paint cracks throughout due to age. Although there are some signs of use, such as small scratches, the neck is in good condition, the truss rod has plenty of room, and the playing surface is good with 80-90% of the frets remaining. Comes with original Ameritage hard case.
