About This Listing

I marked it 'good' meaning no cracks or broken pieces anywhere. But it is old and not well cared for except by me! No case and no trussrod (it's not a modern Cordoba).

Good tuners (not like Grover or Gotoh) are smooth, a new nut is well cut (plastic) and the setup is dead on... an easy player in a straight classical. And the best part is... it was made in south Korea (check the label) and I believe Hondo was a brand name from TEXAS in the USA long ago.

For a classical that plays really well and sounds quite nice... this is tough to beat. Good luck finding a better sounding and better playing classical that was built right for very cheap. They start at about $1700.

I once had a true all solid classical from the luthier to Marija Temo and Lindy Fralin's videos electric guitars. And I had (and sold) a Cordoba Fusion 12 Orchestra.

This Korean classical is quite a nice feeling and sounding guitar, but it is not glossy and free of marks like a new one... it's an old classical laminated guitar that was "built right" back in the day and has no trussrod and no 'scarf joint' at the neck/headstock joint. But the setup is dead-on and the guitar sounds fine even with cheapie strings (medium gauge). Here is your chance. Grab it while you can ... South Korean classicals are getting hard to even locate...

Make sure you do NOT expect a refund or have an incorrect shipping address BEFORE you buy! It is an older USED guitar and in good shape mechanically and all set up already!

If you want a perfect and new guitar... go buy one and pay for it !
