Here is a 1985 Fender D’Aquisto in excellent condition. Fender teamed up with luthier Jimmy D’Aquisto to design and produce a run of archtop jazz guitars. Made in Japan and only for a few years, these guitars have become highly sought after.
The neck is slim and smooth, not pencil-thin like a mid-late 60’s Gibson 175. Knobs, pick guard and tailpiece are wood.
Comes with original case that is cool but has seen better days.
This a great guitar that I hate to let go. If it weren’t funding a Benedetto purchase I definitely would not be selling this one.
Kudos to the buyer, you will be getting a great guitar.
