1954 Fender Deluxe 5D3 Wide Panel

This vintage wide panel 5D3 from 1954 has its original tweed in amazingly preserved condition.
A careful check shows the lacquered tweed and brown colored grill cloth to both be original. You'd about forget this amp is 70 years old considering the logo and control panel print show almost no fading. The leather strap appears to be a replacement but fits the style perfectly.

Loaded with the original Jensen P12R (dated the 46th week of 1953), as well as the following tubes: RCA 5Y3 rectifier, GE 6V6 power, RCA 6V6 power, National 12AX7 (missing cover), and a GE 12AX7.
The Jensen at 15 watts makes for a tight clean with low noise. It's a vivid sound representative of a 50s Fender Tweed.

CONDITION
This amp has been thoroughly maintained with replaced jacks, volume pots, and a few condensers.
The power cable seems to be a replacement and there is a bit of electrical tape applied to the middle. There is also some aluminum sheet applied to the back panel for noise shielding.
*Voltage is rated at 117v. Using the amp at this voltage will get the best results.
