It was electronically restored by Kent Spong UK #1 worldwide acknowledged CS80 expert technician
The restore list:
- Power Supply rebuilt, new caps, op-amps and regulators.
- All CMOS replaced on KAS, SH, TKC, TSB1, TSB2 Op-amps on KBC1, KBC2, TWS, SUB, and BA.
- New spring for ribbon controller, 6x IG00156 filter IC's
- Key Mech overhauled, full calibration of 822 trim pots to within .001 of a volt
- Several miscellaneous repairs and services.
