ThorpyFX The Dane MKII: Dual-Channel Dynamic Perfection

When Danish Pete Honoré and Adrian Thorpe first collaborated on The Dane, they created a modern classic. The MKII takes that award-winning DNA and refines it into a smaller, more versatile footprint without losing an ounce of its signature "glassy" headroom and touch-sensitive grit.

Whether you're looking for a pristine clean boost or a rich, low-to-medium gain drive, The Dane MKII is engineered to be the most "transparent" yet characterful pedal on your board.

Key Features

• Dual-Channel Versatility: A high-headroom Boost and a soulful Drive that work independently or stacked together for massive, harmonically rich tones.
• The "Pete" Secret Sauce: The Boost side isn't just a volume jump; it’s designed to push your tube amp into that elusive "sweet spot" where everything feels more alive.
• Low-End Control: The Deep control allows you to tailor the low-frequency response, ensuring your tone remains tight and punchy regardless of whether you’re using a thin single-coil bridge or a beefy humbucker.
• Compact MKII Enclosure: Now housed in a smaller, pedalboard-friendly chassis with top-mounted jacks, saving you precious real estate.
• Premium Build Quality: Encased in ThorpyFX’s signature laser-cut stainless steel, built like a tank to survive years of touring.

Why It Belongs on Your Board

The Dane MKII is widely regarded as one of the most "amp-like" pedals ever built. It doesn't mask the sound of your guitar; it enhances it. The Drive side offers a wide sweep from a clean "clean" to a saturated crunch, while the Boost side adds a layer of 3D-clarity that makes your notes pop.

"The Dane MKII is the ultimate 'always-on' pedal. It provides the foundation for your entire tone, making your amp sound like a better version of itself."
