Great wah wah pedal. Supposedly the same / very similar to the 70s CBS Arbiter wah wah pedals, which were also designed by Gary Hurst, had the same logo plate on the front, and were also made in Italy.
Works well and sounds great. (There was a bit of static toward the toe end of the wah throw, but it seems to have cleared up with a bit of fader spray).
Includes a white cardboard box, which may be original. Box shows wear & tear and has some writing on it (including "wah wah").
