About This Listing

This Mexican, Marlin Blue Fender Stratocaster is in excellent condition. The body is in fantastic condition aside from a small finish crack near the neck pocket and a few minor finish scratches. The neck is also in great shape but the frets are starting to show wear under the G,B, and E strings on frets 1-6, but it's mostly visual and does not affect playability. It has been setup with fresh strings, inspected, tested, and is gig ready.

Product Overview
The Fender Standard Stratocaster (made in Mexico) just might be the most popular guitar under $500. And for good reason. Build quality, tone and playability are so good with the Mexican Strat it requires a true connoisseur to tell it apart from its American brother. This model is also a favorite for modding, often by swapping out pickups and pots. Compare new and used Fender Standard Stratocasters here on Reverb.
