NEW INK. Stratocaster

This customized Fender Strat by, NEW INK. is the fourth in the line of my custom guitars. The neck of this guitar, while lacking the Stratocaster decal, is no less a licensed Fender Stratocaster neck. It is the same kind of neck used on a Fender Squire. At the head of the neck, I wood-burned my company logo along with the denotation of order of its creation. Since no work of art is lacking imperfection, a 1/16“ drillbit hole runs through The guitar head, though it’s only visible on the backside.
The body of this instrument is of a lighter wood, with has a crisp, deep tone. The front of the guitar was created using my proprietary blend of various gel-ink pens and finesse. The artwork so carefully laid was then coated in a double thick layer of epoxy. Embedded within the epoxy, on the front of the body and near the bottom, are two significant emblems. The emblem nearest the bridge, just below and centered bears the mantra, OM. Below that is an emblem, roughly the diameter of a penny, which bares the likeness of Saint Jude.
The tuning mechanisms are never before used vintage USA Fender Stratocaster. As for the electronics in the instrument I chose Hot Texas Blues Fender pick ups, brand new, never before used. The bridge is a brand new American made Fender Stratocaster bridge, which I sandblasted to give a vintage patina look. I did the same to the input jack cover. And the eye catching pick-up cover are chrome. The toggle switch that enables the bridge to play singly as a loose wire, and currently is not connected. If someone were interested, I would correct the problem for another $80.
The back of the body was designed using the same technique as the front but with a different color scheme. it was then coated with three layers of polyurethane. The sounds that emanates from this one of a kind instrument is superb. The action is perfect, though, of course, should you desire, it can easily be adjusted. This instrument is a literally a functional work of art. It took many more hours to create than the price would suggest. Also includes a strap and fender strap block locking syste. iIf I didn’t need the money I’d keep this beautiful instrument for myself. Enjoy!
