Vintage Conn Acoustic Guitar F-35 Rosewood One of a Kind Tree of Life Repair

Vintage Conn Acoustic Guitar F-35 Rosewood One of a Kind Tree of Life,needs Repair .I have exhibited at over 500 Vintage Guitar shows and this is the ONLY Conn F35 mofel I've seen with the "Tree of Life" Inlay in the neck.I found it with this damage to the Butt end and it has been sitting in my repair room for 25 years.It has Nice action, smooth neck, beautiful MOP " Tree of Life" inlay on fretboard and abalone Binding around Body.  Rosewood neck and bridge.  Gold toned machine tuners.  Spruce top and looks like Brazilian Rosewood 3 piece back similar to the Martin D-35, and Rosewood sides with matching Headstock overlay.  Back has a some clouding, doesn't affect tone.  Selling only in the U.S.A not abroad.  Guitar is made of High quality woods, made inJapan.  The older guitars made in Japan are becoming more desirable as people are discovering the high quality woods, and workmanship that has gone into making them.
