Tokai JB Jazz Bass Special Edition 1987

An all original bass in excellent condition, comes with reverse wind tuners like on the Pre-CBS Fenders and no pick guard Jaco-style. This model can not be found in a catalogue and has an intriguing combination of features. Most likely made as a custom order for a store or chain or to use up left over stock, supported by the fact that some parts have older datings. It is a super sweet bass that

plays like a dream. It has a lovely slim comfortable neck that together with the basswood body, produces a clear and rich acoustic tone with a lot of attack. Frets are in good condition, with just minor fretwear. Weighs 4 kg. 

The body has some small dents and nicks, nothing too major.
